MEMANGGIL.CO – The blessed month of Ramadan is approaching. As in previous years, Muslims in Indonesia eagerly await the arrival of this holy month. The employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department (DPUPR) of Blora Regency are no exception.
In welcoming Ramadan 1446 Hijriah, DPUPR Blora has prepared various religious and social activities.
This was stated by Acting Head of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department (DPUPR) of Blora Regency, Nidzamudin Al Hudda.
“The plan for the activities has been discussed,” he said, as written on Monday (February 17, 2025).
Hudda explained that every day there will be Quran recitation activities in the afternoon.
In addition, the DPUPR will also hold joint breaking of the fast and provide assistance to the poor.
“Hopefully, in this year’s Ramadan, Muslim employees of DPUPR Blora can increase their devotion to Allah SWT,” he hoped.
Additional information, the Indonesian government through the Ministry of Religion (Kemenag RI) along with several related institutions will determine the date of 1 Ramadan 1446 H/2025 AD through a meeting that will be held on Friday, February 28, 2025.
This meeting will be held at the H.M. Rasjidi Auditorium, Ministry of Religion, Central Jakarta, and will be led directly by the Minister of Religion, Nasaruddin Umar.
The meeting will consist of three important stages, namely the presentation of data on the position of the hilal based on astronomical calculations, verification of the results of rukyatul hilal from various observation points in Indonesia, and a deliberation to make a decision that will be announced to the public.
MEMANGGIL.CO – he result of this meeting will determine when 1 Ramadan 2025 falls. If the hilal is visible, then 1 Ramadan will be decided on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
Meanwhile, unlike the government, PP Muhammadiyah through Circular Number 1/MLM/I.0/E/2025 has earlier announced the determination of 1 Ramadan 1446 H, which according to the calculation method of Hisab Hakiki Wujudul Hilal, falls on Saturday, March 1, 2025.
