MEMANGGIL.CO - The Blora Regency Education Office (Disdik) in Central Java has responded to allegations of manipulation of the Basic Education Data (Dapodik) of several candidates for ASN PPPK teacher formation. The data will be re-verified.
"We will check the data as well, because it doesn't make sense. They graduated, served for a certain period, but are already listed in Dapodik," said Nuril Huda, Secretary of Disdik Blora, through Kariyono, Head of the Teacher and Education Personnel Division (GTK), to the media on Wednesday (22/1/2025).
There are five names mentioned in the previous report. They were found to have only recently started serving as teachers and had only recently graduated from college.
Kariyono further explained that the five names already registered in Dapodik may comply with the Circular Letter (SE) from the central government, specifically from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel, Number: 5591/B.B1/GT.01.03/2024 regarding Technical Explanation of Work Period for Non-ASN Teacher Applicants who are Actively Working in Local Government Institutions (Public Schools) in the 2024 ASN PPPK Teacher Selection Period II.
"This can be registered in Dapodik based on the Director General of GTK's regulation on December 14 regarding the work period of non-ASN teachers," he explained.
According to Kariyono, the Director General of GTK's regulation issued on December 14 states that the transition from Non-Permanent Employee (PTT) to Non-Permanent Teacher (GTT) is already listed in point 2 and continued in point 3 of the Director General of GTK's circular letter.
"The reference here is the change in status from PTT to GTT. The calculation is based on two consecutive years of service, as long as they have a Bachelor's degree," he said.
Kariyono also emphasized that the creation of Dapodik is proven by a Decree (SK) and accompanied by a letter of absolute responsibility from the school principal, witnessed by two senior teacher witnesses.
"So, for two consecutive years of service, it is proven by a Decree and accompanied by a letter of absolute responsibility from the school principal, witnessed by two senior teacher witnesses. As long as it's not available, we won't open it for Dapodik registration," he stressed.
Furthermore, Kariyono stated that the five individuals have already passed the public test and are considered to have no issues. However, they will still be re-verified.
"We've already conducted the public test, and some of them were objected to, but the five names didn't have any objections, so they passed. In short, the five individuals will be re-checked by us. We'll cross-check, he concluded."
