MEMANGGIL.CO - Out-of-School Children (OSC) remain a persistent issue that continues to garner attention from the government, including the Blora Regency government.
To address this issue, the Blora Regency Education Department launched the Blora Pintar Card (BPC) program in 2024.
It is understood that this program is designed to provide educational support to students from underprivileged families who have not received assistance from central government programs.
The Head of the Blora Education Department, Sunaryo, explained that the Blora Pintar Card (KBP) program is focused on students registered in the Ministry of Social Affairs' Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS), but have not received assistance from the Indonesia Pintar (PIP) or Family Hope Program (PKH).
"We want to ensure that students from underprivileged families still have access to decent education, especially those not accommodated by central government assistance," said Sunaryo, as written on Saturday, February 22, 2025.
Sunaryo hopes that with the presence of the KBP program, the number of out-of-school students can decrease. Moreover, all children in Blora can enjoy the education they deserve.
It is stated that his party has also conducted socialization at the beginning of 2024 to ensure the program is on target.Blora Pintar Card: A Manifestation of Blora Regency Government's Commitment
